What the work actually is
You will work across brands, not on one
The group is a shared back office — finance, HR, IT, supply chain, brand, strategy. A role here touches every business in the portfolio rather than one P&L.
The businesses arrive already built
We buy brands that customers already love and teams that already know their trade. The work is giving them the structure they were missing, not telling them what they do.
It is operating, not advising
Nothing here stops at a recommendation. If you propose a supply chain change, you are the one who runs it into three outlets and answers for what happens.
