About BRRAL

A Kenya-founded, African-led company building brands that look like the continent they serve.

We identify exceptional local restaurant and retail brands, international brands that can be licensed and developed locally, and new brands we create ourselves — and we build the operating spine that lets them scale.

Why we exist

Dignifying the African Experience.

We are driven by a conviction that African brands should represent the cultures and lifestyles they come from, and should empower the teams behind them rather than treat them as overhead.

Our mission is to define and curate the African urban cultural experience, and to forge the strategic collaborations that create durable wealth across the continent.

At the end of the day this is not only about doing business. It is about building a better Africa, for ourselves and for the generations after us.

The goal is a diversified portfolio of regional restaurant and retail brand assets, established across Eastern Africa and beyond.
